Passionate Chef Léa Cantalloube is a graduate of Ferrandi Culinary School in Paris. She gets her inspiration from her training at a variety of Michelin-starred restaurants in France and combines this with other experiences to create dishes with an exciting modern twist. Taking traditional bistro cuisine of her native France and adding delicious savours inspired by her extensive travels, Chef Léa’s dishes will be sure to delight. |
